Tipped in Tampa Nail Policy

We stand by our work!


*You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 1 week of your initial service.

*We will not offer any refund or credit due to preference change.

*We will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work performed, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.

*As soon as you have walked out of the salon door, you have accepted and are satisfied with the service provided.

*There will be a charge for the costs of any repairs or replacements that is needed to carry out the service directly caused by any damage the client has caused to their nails.

-For example: lack of care towards nails, finish of nails, damaged nails (broken, chipped or lifted).

If you have any questions concerning nail care and maintenance, please ask any of our experienced nail technicians.

Cancelation Policy :

You can cancel or change your booking online in My Booking History up to 24 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge. However if you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the terms and conditions the business has the right to charge you the balance of your booking amount left to pay at the appointment by way of your online payment method.

Prices are guideline only and can vary depending on the staff member and the service performed.
